An industry IT Support Engineer with experience in the Oil & Gas and teaching fields. I have been developing Web Applications as an In-House Designer for an International Construction company for over a year.

User-centred learning - allow students to focus on the tasks rather than spend time trying to learn an interface. 
I like to start with the basic Notepad to ensure students understand the basic syntax of open and close tags rather than using Text editors that Auto-fill everything.
Students then move on to using a suitable tool for editing code such as VS Code, Sublime or Notepad ++. No limits to any editors.

We will then dive straight into a project that mimics problems companies and users face in the real world. 
You will also have the opportunity to research a problem, bring your ideas to solve this problem and create an effective and robust solution for solving the problem. 
You want to be a critical thinker with creative and realistic solutions.

I'm Wendy and I am passionate about teaching anyone what I have learned and worked with as a Web Developer and Support Engineer. 
I graduated from the University of Greenwich with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Computing & Information Systems. 
Prior to this, I have been teaching various subjects such as Computer Studies, Spanish, English and more for ages 4 to 17 years.

My versatility helps me to make the learning experience fun and engaging for my students. I am adept to helping children with different learning styles.

Presently, I work as a part-time Field Agent (IT) and a Freelance Web Developer. I am working on becoming a UX Designer.

I would love to help you learn HTML and other web authoring languages to create beautiful and purpose-driven websites/applications for solving user pains.
