Beginner, Intermediate
I grew up in an environment that required Japanese AND English, so I can sympathize with all of you who have a hard time learning the difficult language. After 14 years of studying Japanese at a language school, I have passed the highest leveled Japanese Language Proficiency Test and whizzed through the AP Japanese Language exam. Whatever your goal is, let's get there.

So far I love Tyler's teaching style. Very fluid and informative. Not just about the language itself, but also Japanese etiquette and culture. This is the type of all around knowledge I was searching for!

This was a good introductory lesson. I had trouble getting connected to Google Hangouts, but he was very patient, and even though it took a long time to finally get connected, and he had another student waiting, he did give us a short lesson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. A great first lesson!

My first lesson was amazing. I took sax with another teacher for a very short period of time, but still just figured out now, that I wasn't even properly using a mouth piece. Tyler figured it out and helped me with the pain! :-)

I have played piano for 8 years, wish, I had a teacher like him back than!

He gave me quiet good HW too!

He was very courteous and professional! Looking forward to my next lesson!
Would recommend him to anyone!
