My name is Tizzy and I teach because it's my passion. I help others grow and succeed because that's what I love to do. If there is an opportunity for me to help someone reach their goals, I'm going to take it. I find JOY in helping others on their path to success! I understand what it feels like to feel like to sit down and stare at a book full of these beautiful, little, curly Thai characters and think "Nope. No way. That looks insane." I know what it feels like to be SO CLOSE and yet feel like the goal is just too far out of reach. But I didn't stop there. The trick to finding success in this language - or any language for that matter - is to keep going when it seems too hard; to keep reaching. Am I a perfect teacher? Of course not. But I've been on the same journey you're interested in taking part in, and I can show you some of the things I've learned along my way. That's why I've chosen to teach Thai. Although I am new to teaching the Thai language, I've been teaching English as a second language in Thailand for the past 16 months. I fell in love with the people, the language, and the culture in Thailand, and I hope I can share some of my love with each of you. I teach reading, writing, and speaking. I teach to your level and understanding, but I also help you reach further than you thought you could. We set goals together, make plans to reach them, then go for it. I can teach you just enough to help prepare you for that two week vacation to Phuket, or I can go more in depth and help you speak Thai like a native. Either way, I'm here to help you reach your success in communicating in Thai. Let's do this.
