Sewing

I've been sewing since I was a child. It was something I learned from my grandmother and also self-taught. I'll teach you how to set up your machine, install zippers, create darts and follow patterns along with many other techniques. If you have a specific idea in mind and want to learn how to accomplish it, I'll work with you to complete that sewing goal.

I'm a life-long learner and avid seamstress. I have been sewing since I was a young child and learned from my grandmother basic hand sewing. From there I learned other techniques through books, trial and error, and hands-on classes how to sew professional looking garments, quilts and bags. 

I love everything about sewing from the ideas to the creation. It is a slow process and can be a lot of fun if you take your time and can enjoy the process. I want to teach others this amazing skill.
