I am a published author and I have a passion for helping others improve their language & writing skills! I graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelors of Management, and from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Master's in Business Administration. Students can expect to improve week to week in their verbal, written, and overall communication & writing skills. Every student has a unique writing ability that needs to be nurtured and trained; I teach students to release their creativity and apply foundational techniques in order to unlock their own individual writing voice. I can help any student to write with freedom, confidence, and expression. I teach English, Writing and other skills to students of all different ages and experience levels. I studied English & writing formally up to undergraduate, and graduate college levels for 18 years, and creative writing specifically for approximately 6 years. I can teach students to write with confidence and pursue standard foundation techniques that solidify any writer's abilities. There are basic structures to what is objectively considered good writing, and I can help students achieve successful writing in any academic setting. As someone who has professionally studied English & writing for years, I've written published poetry, political satires, historical essays, creative stories (short & long form), and I can proudly say I've A-ced every college English class of my career. My personal passion is historical reading, and classic American novels, but I firmly believe that great technique is essential to any and every writing style.
