Hola! Me llamo Rebecca y soy tu amiga nueva! Did you catch that? If not, that's okay! I told you that my name is Rebecca and that I am your new friend. My approach to teaching is somewhat informal; I want you to feel comfortable, at home and at ease about learning a new language - it can be daunting! Don't worry though, I'll help you in your first steps in understanding the grammar, structure and feel of this romantic language. Once you're ready, we can start with light conversations and get you chatting in no time! My experience learning Spanish in both a typical classroom setting and through immersion helps me give you a variety of tools to study and learn yourself. In addition to the Spanish language, I will share my perspective on Latin American culture with you: the music, food, dance and, of course, the people! I loved my time in Colombia and want to share with you all that I learned.
