First and foremost, I am a People Genius. What does that mean? CONNECTION. I am fantastic at connecting with both children and adults to quickly determine how they most effectively learn, and what blocks are getting in their way. I want to make the lessons fun, and if necessary, I use my creative background as an actor and storyteller to make normally dry lessons palatable and engaging. Now that we know it's going to be fun for you, onto the those other details...What do I teach? =) I am a former state-level Chess champ and have years of experience teaching chess! I hold a Computer Engineering degree from UC San Diego, and love teaching Algebra, Basic Math, and more! I am an avid Writer, and excel at Reading, Language, and English, all of which I love to teach. My GMAT score (verbal and math) is 700. I am a Social Media expert, and have successfully led Social Media Marketing and Strategy for large companies as well as start-ups. I'd be happy to show you how to build your brand online! I am an award-winning Filmmaker, and am well versed in Humanities and Acting! I have trained in Meisner-technique for two years. Let me know if you'd like to grow as a Storyteller and/or Actor.
