Spanish with Nicholas R.

Welcome to my easy to learn language lessons. I am Nicholas Roberts and I am pleased to be your language teacher for as long as you so desire. I would like to start by introducing myself on a more personal level. I am originally from Guyana and I speak 10 languages. My native tongue is English but I am fluent in French and Spanish too. I have always had a burning desire to teach languages and now that I have the opportunity, I will make the very best of it. I hold an International Baccaulerate Diploma and I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's in teaching. I was a French to English/English to French translator in Martinique; a department or island territory of France, and I even taught English there. My teaching method is much more fluid but at the end of lessons, students begin to speak more and more of the specified language. I believe that a foundation in the language into which one wishes to venture is very important as that determines the entire outcome of lessons and the strength of the vocabulary of the student. Being the English speaker that I am, to maximize and encourage learning, I am acquainted with common grammatical mistakes with pronunciation and phrase structure that English speakers would make in the specified language and how to avoid the aforementioned mistakes at all times. I try to make my courses as less academic as possible and fun for the learner so that a passion may develop for the language. In my two years of teaching languages, I came up with common loopholes and shortcuts to conquer tough languages and subsequently make sentences like a native and even sound like a native which is the ultimate goal.
