I am a travel-loving, language-loving, and learning-loving person working as a barista to save up for more study. I enjoy living in Colorado and spending time in the beautiful outdoors. I have always enjoyed reading lots of books, long chats with people, cups of tea with friends, and art projects. I have an accredited certificate in teaching English as a foreign language through International Teaching English as a Foreign Language Association (ITA). I have worked as a teacher since I was very young - babysitting and teaching classes to children since I was 10 years old. The best part of teaching and learning is asking good questions and trying new things.

I am a flexible teacher and I work with my students to create and work towards their personal goals in language learning. My goal as a teacher is to keep you motivated and help you to be making progress every week. There is nothing more discouraging than feeling like you aren’t getting better! So we will set lots and lots of measurable, small goals with specific steps to how you can get there. I have a conversational teaching method, but value structure and grammar. Discovering more of a new language is empowering and liberating! Let’s get learning!
