From this, I learned to keep lessons engaging, short-sweet, and to the point. After graduating I was a meditation instructor and public speaker on mental and emotional health for about 18 months. From this, I learned the importance of deep preparation, and also the importance of helping people problem-solve with their own resources, how to be a guide and not a lecturer.
