Hello! I'm here to help any student learn more about how they best learn so that they may go on to be effective self-learners. As we go over material and reach understanding, we will also take time to acknowledge how we got to that understanding. I want to encourage all learning styles and have students become confident with their unique abilities. My education in Psychology and Animal Behavior has equipped me with insight into how the brain learns and processes information. My ability to connect with students of all ages developed in my 10+ years of professional experience working with children and adult students. Some of my positions include nanny, substitute teacher in a city school district, college writing tutor for undergrad and graduate students, swim instructor, photography instructor, girl scout leader, and summer camp counselor. From looking at some of my jobs, you can expect to have fun and laughs with me. Learning should be fun, and not be a drag. So let's figure out how we can have fun together learning!
