Have you always wished you could make your own clothes? Bags? Curtains? Quilts? I'm passionate about teaching. That's a great place to begin! I was trained couturier and hold a BA in Fashion Design. I’ve been both a corporate sewing and embroidery expert at a leading sewing machine company as well as a Fashion Designer in NYC for 20yrs.

There is a full studio with sewing machines, tools and cutting table available for use during classes. We can create garments, accessories, home decor and quilts.

What do you get from me that you may not get from other teachers? As we work through different topics, I’ll research take-home items for you as well as links you can refer to for at home reference to use now or later, helping you build up your own skill set.
I also won’t hold back tips and tricks that will help you along the way. My tricks are your tricks! My goal is to get you to be your best sewer and creative self.

Local NJ students as well as students from NYC (Brooklyn, Bronx and NYC) take the 32 minute train out from NY Penn for lessons.
