I don't want to just show up for the lesson not prepared, so I will first go to the internet to research your interest if it's not something that I've previously taught. I will look at my jotted notes of everything we discussed in our introduction lesson or correspondence. I want you to know there will be customization and behind the scenes work to make this a great learning experience. Knowing that you're laughing on occasion and don't feel awkward pronouncing new words let me know our lessons are going well. I enjoy the personal aspects of teaching. I'm working on completing my TEFL teaching certification, but I also will be shadowing my friend's ESL class at a local university. Being aware of difference in people's learning styles, motivations and language acquisition is key for us to be successful in you learning!
