Before moving to the U.S. in 2005, I was an elementary school teacher and coordinator in Bahia, Brazil. Creative and engaging; I hold a Bachelors in pedagogy and post-graduate studies in Teaching Methodologies from the University of Education in Bahia, Brazil. I also hold an Associate of Arts degree from Oakton College in Des Plaines, Illinois. I like to utilizes my passion for teaching Portuguese to create a positive experience for the students.
