As a Building Engineering Consultant, Jonathan is involved with design, building code compliance review, condition assessments, and testing/analysis of existing building systems. Jonathan manages and assist Clients to prioritize funds for renovations and upgrades through assessment of Real Estate Portfolio Programs. Assessments are conducted through the performance of field evaluations which develop into written technical reports, construction drawings, and specifications. Jonathan is highly motivated to foster relationships with new clients, as well as, cultivate and grow relationships with existing clients. Furthermore, Jonathan manages the financials of small projects and directly interacts with Clients and Contractors. During his time in school, Jonathan completed a variety of internships at engineering, architecture, and construction firms. Through his experience at various internships, Jonathan assisted in the production of construction documents for permitting, bidding and construction; assisted with design and detailing of building systems and building materials; and completed energy audits. He is proficient in Virtual Design Construction (VCD)/Building Information Modeling (BIM) such as Revit and AutoCAD.
