I offer private lessons tailored to meet your goals. Do you want to get fit, tone up and have fun or are you looking to up your game--stringing moves together to create your personal flow? What ever you're looking for I am certain you'll find it inside the hoop! Hooping offers low-impact cardio, improves core strength, tones muscles and can burn as many calories as a kick boxing class [400-600 per hour].

I could NEVER hula hoop, even as a kid--and I really thought it was so cool that others could. As an adult-Jennie encouraged me even though I was stuck in the "I can't". Guess what? Now I can! Thank you Jennie! Honestly, I know its great for me physically, but boy is it fun!

At first, I was hesitant to try hula hooping, I mean, come on...the last time I hula hooped, I think I was like 9?? Who knew that it would be just as fun as an adult?? Not me! But it really does make a huge difference if you have an instructor that is passionate, patient, knowledgable and just makes you feel all around comfortable...even when you drop the hoop 5,000 times :p Jennie really knows what she is doing with the hoop and will help you learn.

So glad I found this instructor. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! Jennie was very clear with all her instruction and gave me an amazing workout while having a blast. I learned so much about hooping from her. Jennie is warm, encouraging, patient and skilled. When I was having difficulty with new moves, she identified my trouble spot and fixed it immediately. Yay! Jennie makes hooping accessible for all levels. So much fun. Highly recommended!
