I am an efficient, effective, and creative project manager/producer/director. I personally direct, script, capture, edit, contract, oversee production, and execute delivery for hundreds of virtual and on-site events per year. These events range from keynote speakers, leadership panels, training, testimonials, diversity and inclusion, recognition, sales, leadership summits, mentorship activities, recruiting, and lead generation. I have masterful experience in translating vision and scope to customers, executives, and stakeholders. Additionally, I am well past the 10,000-hour rule. I am part of the 10,000+ video club. In my time as a video production professional, I have literally made over 10k videos. I have produced anything from commercials for the US military to internal communications for Microsoft. Now, I use my skills to promote conversations for marginalized groups. While promoting accessibility in everything that I touch. In all of my work, I always promote captions, ASL interpreters, visual and auditory aids to make communicating accessible to all.
