Thank you for being so patient...as a good country-man, I ask a lot of questions and he answers all!!! Thank you!
Excellent, intelligent instruction. Thanks!
Very informative and knowledgeable instructor ! Can't wait for next weeks lesson!
Jared is interesting and very smart. He was very complimentary on my first lesson and made me feel comfortable. I am looking forward to the coming lessons.
Jared is really very patient and helpful!
Jared is a super tutor in my opinion. He cares and he knows his subject well . Took my first class with him and it went great plus he makes it fun so there you go
Jared is very professional, helpful, and humble. He definitely wants your feedback and is willing to adapt according to your request.
Jared is very knowledgeable, however he talks fast which just shows how smart he is. First class so far great
Jared is a very knowledgeable teacher who works hard to make every lesson fun. He is very easy going, which makes the language learning process (and all of its inevitable mistakes) much less frightening.
Fantastic -- Jared puts you at ease. Learning via Skype was much more efficient than in a classroom.
Very positive and encouraging - I look forward to more lessons with Jared!
Jared did an outstanding job with my socially anxious 15-year-old. He gave a lot of feedback, was clear, and made the lesson fun.
Jared is very knowledgeable. My only minor criticism is that because he is knowledgeable, he talks very fast, and it sometimes can be difficult to write everything down. However, this is to be expected over Skype, particularly since he cannot see when one is writing and when one is not. He also knows a lot of websites with Finnish music, vocabulary drills, grammatical explanations, and news, all of which are good study aids.+ Read More
Jared gave brilliant, very easy-to-understand explanations of complicated Finnish grammar points; thank you, Jared! :)
Jared is whip-smart, funny and easy to follow. I'm slamming through practical phrases while developing top-notch pronunciation. I love my lessons!
We got right off to a running start with the first assessments. Jared has an active style of teaching with a good positive environment, humor, enthusiasm and relevant grammatical background explanations. So far, so good!
Jared was awesome! He asked what I wanted to do with the lesson, and even though my notes were vague he put together exactly what I needed. His feedback was thorough, precise, and fair. He is unbelievably knowledgeable about the subject. He is patient and clear in his teaching style. I would recommend him any time.+ Read More

Very knowledgable instructor. Explains the correct grammar behind all of what he is teaching, which helps to fully understand the language.
Let me start off by saying Jared is very pleasant. Each of the sessions very interesting, not a dull moment.
Great teacher, fun to talk to and its really been helping me a lot. I noticed especially during this weeks lesson that I have begun to use context clue to figure out what a word I did not know means which make me happy!
Jared is a great instructor and very focused.
Very informative, especially for a first lesson. Learned some important pronunciation aspects of the language and it makes me really just want to continue. Jared was very helpful and and made me feel like I accomplished something on the first lesson.
Exceptionally knowledgable! I am certain that Jared will bring the structure and approach to help me progress towards conversational fluency.
My son had a great lesson!
Awesome first lesson. Can't wait to learn more
1st lesson but I like the energy Jared brings.
I'm looking forward to our next lesson!
Jared packed in a ton of information! He tied in lots of history as well as comparisons to other languages, which I found helpful!
Very, very good!!! Takk!
Great visit lesson. A lot thrown in at one time, but very informative :)
My 11 year old son was so excited after his 1st lesson. He is a shy child, but Jared was completely prepared and engaging. He even sent practice notes until the next lesson! I highly recommend him.
Very organized and terrific teacher! Thank you very much!
In no time I was made much comfortable with Swedish by Jared. I salute him for his in depth knowledge not only about the language but also about the whole cultural aspects of the land where this language come from. I was given the foresight to know what to expect from the language and its derivatives in main and nearby regions. Really remarkable! Thanks Jared.+ Read More

Jared is amazing. I am learning Swedish for a specific reason. In general though, I love history and word derivations. Jared liberally sprinkles the lesson with a bit of history to explain why a certain word is used in certain situations. This aspect of his instruction really makes me look forward to the next lesson.+ Read More
I think it will be nice experience. A lot of speech, a lot of practice. It is the most important things for language knowledge.
