Spanish with Jan M.

I am an admissions counselor at a small-private christian university, which I also graduated from with a Bachelors in Marketing. As your tutor, expect patience and optimism. I simply don't know another way of engaging with other. I love things like: culture, theological discussions, back packing, veganism, personality types, entrepreneurship, and the small things that bring me joy. Context is an incredible resource when learning another language. If you have ever tried learning on your own, you would know that Spanish presents many contextual barriers. This is were I can in. I was born in Puerto Rico (an island in the Caribbean) and lived there until it was time for college. Therefore, Spanish is my first language and I have a goal of learning a total of 5. Russian is the third one because I so happened to have a Russian co-worker that loved teaching me. Would love to add value in your ability to grasp Spanish. :)
