I'v been working as an English teacher and tutor for about a year, and have had the privilege of seeing my students go on to study abroad and prepare for university.

Hello! My name is Jamie, and I can't wait to meet you! I have been teaching for about a year now, and have loved every second of it.  I graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in Anthropology in 2012, and I have since gone on to achieve a CELTA certification to teach English as a second language.  I have just returned from Thailand where I spent six months living and working as a high school English teacher and private tutor, and am ready to take my teaching back to San Diego!
I am a laid back and fun loving person, and my teaching style reflects this. My lessons are enjoyable and engaging, with a strong focus on conversation and activities.
