I am Mark and a little bit about me. Have been using computers and Internet since Windows 95 days. Remember the dial up modem and (AOL) America Online? I have always helped family, friends, and neighbors with computer problems and with programs too. Have always kept up to date with the newest trends in technology. Received two degrees in Information Technology and one in Business Administration. Worked for many corporation projects where I provided computer maintenance and gave end user support to the employees. I can share my experiences and knowledge to any individual or business who needs assistance. Also, 12 years working experience in Desktop Support field. I have been exposed to SCCM, ServiceNow, and O365 migration tools plus many other technologies and experiences. In addition, I have been using computers, technologies, and software packages for 30 years. As a professional, have worked with many OS from: MS-DOS, Windows 95, Win98, WinME, WinXP, WinVista, Win7, now Win. 10 and, Win. 11. I am an expert in Windows Operating Systems and will use 4 books to reinforce the knowledge with exercises if needed. Any individual or organization who needs guidance in Windows 10 and Windows 11. I am an expert in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint too. Can help with whatever area needed.
