I'm a teacher and an explorer. I was born and raised in Guangzhou, China. My native languages are Mandarin and Cantonese. I came from home to study in the U.S. I love teaching others about what I know. When I was in China, I was an English teacher. After I came to America, I also had a chance to be a volunteer tutor to teach Mandarin, and I loved it.
I love languages. I can speak Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and some Japanese. I hope to learn about Spanish and French in the future as well. Since English and Japanese are not my native tongue, I had been through the process of learning languages myself and I totally understand how hard it is to learn a new language. As a language teacher, my goal is to help my students see the joy of learning Mandarin, find the interests of Chinese culture, and be confident in speaking the language.

Enni is a great teacher. Having a private tutor who is a native and using outside books and apps I feels like I am really learning Chinese now, more than when I had taken group classes before. I highly recommend Enni and her fun and conversational style. Enni is highly prepared with both lessons and she can answer any of my on the spot questions well. Take lessons from Enni and you will learn and improve your Chinese quickly.
