Established co-op program for students. Prepared some questions about the program, after class, ask students some questions. Make some questions for students as the homework, and have a quiz for students a week. Keep talking with their parents, find the easy way to help the students improve their performance. Good at Chinese, and had experience to teach English and Chinese, make students like me, and happy study!
