I am a Master Tutor and have been for 15 years. My academic background consists of 3 BAs and some Grad work, plus many courses for pre- Veterinary. My BAs are in Cultural Anthropology, French and Fine Arts. While studying to be a Vet I fell in love with the Sciences and Math. I now teach Algebra 1 and 2, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus and AP Calculus. I am fluent in French and do tutor that as well. The Sciences I tutor are HS level to 1st year college level Chemistry and Physics. I am certified to tutor all the above subjects . I am also certified to prepare students for the ACT, SAT, ASVAB and TEAS along with other types of tests. Many of my students have gained hundreds of points on the SAT and have gone for D's and F's to A's and B's in their needy subjects. My method is to engage the student where they are and find out the best way to direct them to correct processes to be successful. Many parents attest to the change in their students (children) because they become more confident. I believe in a lot of positive interaction and fun while studying difficult subjects.
