Sewing with Debbie I.

Hi! My name is Debbie. I am a mum of three beautiful girls. I am also a seamstress and occasional designer. I started sewing in 2010 when my middle daughter was still only a baby. Today, I sew all my own clothes. I've added a few photos of some garments I've sewn, but there's a lot more on my blog! This has given me a great many years of experience in counselling and educating clients of all ages. I used to run a nutrition clinic in Australia that involved home-visits. These days, I want to share my love of sewing with others and I want to teach YOU all the tricks and techniques that I use in my sewing to achieve a professional look and perfect fit. As a mum, I also know how difficult it can be for mums to find time to pursue their own interests. I'm more than happy to teach and help entertain a toddler or baby while you sew, or even get your little pre-schooler stitching along with you! I can visit you! I can even bring along a sewing machine to get you started!
