I'm a resident of Pittsburgh, PA and hold a PhD in Applied Linguistics from Penn State University, a master's degree in Educational Technology, and a bachelor's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the University of Northern Iowa. I've been teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language (ESL/EFL) since 1997 in various contexts (language schools, public schools, universities, literacy councils, and private tutoring) and for various age levels (children, adults, and seniors).
