My personal teaching philosophy is that student should have a major role in their learning environment. Learning is a relational concept in which many individuals are involved in the intellectual and developmental growth of a student. Every student can have the same expectations, however they may have different routes to achieving those expectations. Every student is a highly capable individual that can change the world.
