Students in the course will learn how to create their first WordPress Site on Digital Ocean: * Students will learn how to use Droplets to create their first WordPress site on the cloud * Students will learn how to select themes * Students will learn how to create pages and posts * Students will learn the difference of pages and posts * Students will learn how to moderate comments and fight spam comments on their blog * Students will learn how to use ChatGPT or Google Gemini to generate blog content * Students will learn how to integrate Instant Images to their blog to obtain stock imagery for their blog with a click of a mouse * Students will learn how to encrypt their domain name with Let’s Encrypt * Students will learn how to point DNS to their web site * Students will learn how to integrate various authentication solutions with their web site * Students will learn how to advertise their blog to family, friends, and other peers Please notate: Lessons at the Teacher Location are held in a rented co-working location under limited availability.
