I was a professional poker player during college. I played in a European Poker Tournament in Barcelona and was selected to play on the TV table. I am a native speaker of English with years of teaching experience. I have taught around the world in actual classrooms and online. I graduated from a top 10 business school in the United States, and my experience thus far is teaching finance, modeling, programming, and business English. I am conversational in Portuguese and Argentinean Spanish, and I am elementary in Chinese (basic conversational phrases, numbers, dates, time, etc.). I have a degree in Finance and Economic Consulting from the IU Bloomington School of Business, and I graduated from perhaps the most prestigious finance program in the world, the Kelley Undergraduate Investment Banking Network Seminar. I have taught professional Business English to global organizations such as the World Bank Group and IFC. I have a 170-hour TEFL & TESOL certification from ITA (International TEFL Academy). I have tremendous experience in financial modeling and Excel. I have taught classes in modeling, advanced Excel, SQL, and even web programming (Python, PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript). I have built and launched web apps available on the Google Play store. I am a graduate of the Johnson & Johnson Finance Leadership Development Program and have worked as a senior financial analyst and manager at various Fortune 500 companies and PE firms.
