I am a chef. I've worked in a Resort, a Nursing home Kitchen, have catered personal parties and managed Asian Diners for the past 7 years. I have been in the Culinary field for 16 years and have an AS Degree in Culinary Arts. I have been instructed by Michelin Star chefs and have done Banquets to luncheons to Garde Manger to Asian Style cuisine. At home Cooking or fine dining in minutes is what you will learn with me as your instructor. I am especially skilled at using what I already have in the cabinet to make a decadent meal. I am currently fluent in 3 languages (English, Haitian Creole, Hindi), intermediate in 2 (Spanish, French) and learning 2 more (Telugu and Indian Sign Language). English is my mother tongue (or first language), so let me help you reach that goal of reading, writing and speaking in English. I pay particular attention to grammar and will make sure you pronounce words accurately. Get ready to be active and be silly sometimes, because no one learns without making a few mistakes.
