Research-based and individualized lessons with an Italian award-winning educator and polyglot!

Ciao a tutti! I am a C1 level in spoken Italian and B2 in writing. I learned Italian through immersion with Italian speakers as a young teenager. Italian is the language that I speak with my daughter! I won an Italian competition as a 9th grader against 12th graders called "Il Cenacolo". I also got a 5 on the AP Italian test. I have a Master's degree in Education and understand the psychology of learning. I am a supportive and encouraging educator that continually pushes my students. Lessons will be engaging and interactive. Our lessons will focus on building your oral fluency in being able to comprehend and express yourself in Italian.

Hello, my name is Austin! Teaching is my life's passion and it never feels like work to me! I am a 1st grade teacher and a lifelong learner. I have my Masters of Education in Early Childhood and will eventually be pursuing my Doctorate. I use research-based best practice to inform my teaching. I speak Italian, Spanish, and Greek. I love teaching reading, Italian, and ESL! I have taught in 1st Grade at both public and private schools, and I even worked for 1 year at an alternative school for at-risk students in grades 7-10. No matter where you start out at, I want to help you achieve your goals!
