Becoming the world youth champion at 12 and chess Grand Master at 20, would have never been possible without receiving the best chess lessons from my trainers and coaches. Everyone needs guidance in chess, I’m here to share my knowledge with you. Despite being a professional chess player since I was 9, I’ve been teaching chess since 2006 and started my own chess school in 2008. Private Lesson is an excellent way to learn, implement and achieve desired results for ambitious players or children who want to start chess methodically. Also, it helps any chess player to improve his/her proficiency. My students range are from beginner to master level.

Atousa is very kind, patient and flexible. Her lessons have helped me, as a casual chess player, learn new concepts and expand my chess skills repertoire. She is very easy to talk to and explains concepts clearly, allowing me to feel like I am stretching my abilities while not feeling overwhelmed. She takes time to analyze my games with me, which has helped me improve as a player. I highly recommend her as a chess coach for those who are casual players as well for more rigorous learning.

Atousa is a superb teacher! Her chess knowledge is way past mine but most importantly, she really knows how to teach. She listens well to my comments or questions and when we are reviewing a position, she makes me think about what the various solutions could be. She'll point out a piece and asks me what could be done with that piece rather than giving me the solution. She is always asking questions like "What was your objective with that move?", "Is there something on the other side of the board that is stronger?". I have had many lessons with her and the folks who I play regularly complain that my game has gotten much stronger.
