I've been a nanny for a family since late 2017. In that time I've always prepared and provided learning opportunities for the children. We would read or listen to stories whenever the children were younger (4 and 2) I would have the oldest look for certain letters. She also struggled with learning her letter sounds, instead of just doing a work book or watching a video we would play a game that both girls loved which helped them work on their letter and letter sounds. We now practice reading and writing in variety of fun ways whenever I watch them.
