Hei hei! I am a half Norwegian and half Finnish 20-something living in New York City. I began teaching a few years ago, and love sharing both "Norwegian by the book" but also some fun "Norwegian slang" and "day-to-day Norwegian" to make your skills handy in real life! I love coffee shops, traveling, meeting new people, and sharing my culture with students wishing to learn about Norway and Norwegian. I used to ride horses growing up outside of Oslo, but these days I mainly bike all over Brooklyn on a Citibike, listen to podcasts, work out, and I love having a good fun fact to share about myself when I meet new people!
