I am a Native Spanish speaker with 14 years of professional experience as a teacher. I graduated from the University of Leon with a MA in English language and literature. As I've always liked learning languages and new cultures, I soon realized that instead of teaching English in Spain, I wanted to teach Spanish, my mother tongue and culture, abroad. I have experienced teaching all levels of Spanish, from Elementary to College. Each student has different needs and goals. Some might need help with grammar and want a deeper explanation and more practice with difficult grammar points. Others might need to focus on vocabulary and uses specific for their business field. And some students want to practice conversation not to forget what they had already learned. Regardless of what you need, I can help you learn the language and focus on your goals while always improving your comprehension skills (reading and listening) and production skills (writing and speaking) . In addition, I love to mentor students who want to become future language teachers too. My personal hobbies are traveling, learning about new cultures, reading, running, kayaking, being out doors.
