Hi, there! My name is Ali and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching in public education since 1997 with experience in second through fifth grade. I am licensed 1-8 in all core subject areas. I am currently teaching fifth grade and am available for in-person as well as online lessons in a variety of subjects, and my schedule is flexible. I love helping my students become confident learners that grow in their love of learning, while supporting development of strong academic foundations. I enjoy guiding students in a growth model approach connecting new learning concepts with existing prior knowledge and experiences. I went to Ball State University and earned a degree in Elementary Education. I'm an enthusiastic, caring, and creative person that is dedicated to the growth and success of my students. My teaching style is hands-on, creative, and based on your child's multiple intelligence strength. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
