I was born and raised in Japan. Over the past five years I have taught Japanese to over 100 students from all over the world. I am willing to teach students of all ages. Wonderful tutor and experience. My daughter has had lessons with Ms. Aimi for over 1 year every week. She is a native speaker and helped my daughter with pronunciation, grammar, writing, and reading. Due to the regular sessions, my daughter received an A in her AP Japanese class. Would recommend her to anyone at any level. Also, responds very quickly to emails as we had to change some lessons last minute and that was not a problem.

Aimi was a great teacher for my son. He really enjoyed his lessons with her. While we don't speak Japanese at home, he was able to learn basic language skills and interesting info about Japanese culture. Aimi was also incredibly easy to work with. She was very flexible with scheduling and always gave plenty of notice if she wasn't able to do a lesson. Overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend lessons with her.

Oral ( conversation in Japanese) Writing ( typing in Japanese) Superior level: I can discuss politics, world issues or climate change etc in Japanese language. Writing superior level : I can report, essay, newsletter and journal in Japanese language.
