Amber is the most encouraging and insightful teacher. I have improved immensely on my singing ability - resonance, tone, pitch, even education on the music. She is open to doing pieces that I am passionate about and always gives me a challenge. I have absolutely loved this experience with Amber and am excited to see what the future holds!

Organ has been a love of mine from young childhood. I was even saving my lunch money in elementary school to purchase my first organ. I have been fortunate to have some fine instructors both privately and at the college level. For many years I was the house organist at the Aladdin Theater playing for many special events on the 3 manual Wicks Theater Pipe Organ. When home organs were very popular I had daily classes of organ students both private and adult. Currently I am minister of music for the Presbyterian Church in Georgetown, Colorado along with my teaching and consulting.

About Ronald

Coming form a musical family, I cannot remember when music was not a part of my life. Both my parents were musicians, my father an instrumentalist and arranger and my mother a fine pianist. From the age of seven they encouraged and assisted my music education any way they could. Music came first

I am thrilled with Ronald. In my opinion, I definitely having the best and most experienced music teacher in the state of Colorado. He was in contact with me a few times before my first lesson, so I already was already comfortable with Ronald when he came to my door. Ronald has a lifetime of experience, and he seems to have never met a stranger. He is easy-going and knowledgeable. He put me at ease as he sat down to play and teach me about my organ for a couple of minutes before we got out the lesson book, and it was my turn. He teaches and repeats and encourages without hurrying to the next step. It was fun.
I'm excited about practicing and my future accomplishments with Ron's expert and encouraging ways of teaching.

I’m available to teach private lessons for teens and adults interested in learning to do tap or ballet for the first time, or who want to improve their skills. My strengths are patience, enthusiasm, and an unusual way of approaching dance. I’m not famous or particularly interested in becoming famous, so if that’s your goal, I’m not the right teacher for you. I strongly believe everyone can dance, and should. All bodies can learn to dance and enjoy themselves. Dance should be joyful, about self-expression, and a way of learning about your body and your spirit. Finally, I believe it’s never too late to start learning something new, and your bucket list should not wait until you retire.

About Kristen

I started dance later in life -- tap at 19 and ballet at 31 -- because I was so tall and awkward as a child. It never occurred to me that people my size could be dancers. I fell in love with dance as an escape from a stressful job teaching high school history. I saw such changes in myself the more I

More than incredible first experience, no question I will return and invest more time with her. She is extremely warm, personable and really knows her stuff. So happy to have found her!

Kristen is a human that makes her students feel immediately at ease. She is kind, quirky, and hilarious, but more importantly, she is patient and meets students where they are to ultimately fulfill their potential and their goals. I first started taking tap classes from Kristen a few years ago as a nervous adult (25 yo) seeking a bare bones beginner tap class. Since then, having incorporated exercises, games, and routines to awesome music, I have come leaps and bounds, built up my courage and confidence, and am proud to officially feel part of the tap community. If you’re looking for an excellent teacher, regardless of experience level, look no further!

I enjoyed getting to know Rachel. She was very helpful with my breathing technique. She gave me some excellent practices to work on with breathing and on my scales. I can tell Rachel has a lot of knowledge about singing and performing and I'm excited to learn more from her. Very good lesson.

She is very talented and very good with time management, friendly and personal. I hope to go far with my new instructor. I'm sure I will.
