Daniel tutored my teenage son in Algebra and Geometry for over one year. During that time, my son's grades increased and he became more confident with Math, in general. His time with Daniel set him up for success in Algebra 2 this year (11th grade). Daniel was always on time, very polite and courteous with my son! Highly recommend his tutoring service.

Daniel was an hour late to the class, didn't have any intro, did not even show his face online which should be a mandatory practice for security reasons. My son had a lesson with him for less than 45 min, ( in between he had to figure out to effectively use Zoom features because he didn't want to use the platform from Takelesson ) and he charged us one hour lesson. He was an ok teacher, but I think it's a strictly business for him, he said he won't teach an extra minute for free, Lol, don't be in this business if you don't love what you do.
It took me 30 min to found a better AP physics teacher at a better price on a different provider website, and honestly, they love what they do so everyone is happy.

Daniel was a great help to Skylar in math analysis and really helped her build her skill and confidence.

I have almost 2 years of experience with JavaScript and the frameworks around it (jQuery, Node, react.js). I am currently teaching a coding bootcamp and working full time as a developer. I also tutored JavaScript for a year up until teaching. I have written my own curriculum through code, and continue to learn how to get through to students. I think it is much easier to learn through one on one sessions.

About Jared

Hello, my name is Jared Thomas, and I would like to devote 1 on 1 time with a student to teach them full stack web development. I have been a software developer for 4 years, and I have taught 3 classes and tutored previously. The tech stack would consist front-end & server-side javascript technologi

I have taught or been a teaching assistant for several web development courses at universities, including a course in client-side web programming with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. More than half the course focused on JavaScript. It started with students programming several basic JavaScript programs (using loops, arrays, strings, etc.), and later writing JavaScript programs involving user input validation, event handling, and even creating a drawing program. I will teach you the programming concepts as well as walk through coding examples. Boost your confidence in web design and programming by scheduling a one-on-one lesson with me!

About Kristy

I hold a Ph.D in Computer Science and MS degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. As a university professor and lecturer, I have taught several courses in computer science, computer programming, web development, event-driven programming, data structures, algorithms, and discrete mathematics at t

"I had such a good experience with Jason. He is very friendly, efficient and patient, which is essential when you learn JavaScript! We even went way over what I initially wanted to learn; he is very experienced and has impressive knowledge in front and back-end development. I have been trying to learn JavaScript by myself for a while but always ended up abandoning. I am confident that I will achieve my goals with the help of Jason. I strongly recommend learning with him! It will also be a good time!"

What is JavaScript? The Mystery of This Programming Language Unveiled

The web - accessed through a web browser and created to share information among people was originally made up of HTML (Hypertext Markup Language – used for structuring web pages) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheet – used to design and light up web pages).
