Beginner Piano lessons using faber piano adventures books and my own curriculum maps!

About Kristen
My name is Kristen B. I am a private voice instructor in the San Diego area. I work from my home studio with students of all ages. I am a graduate of Westminster Choir College, which has a world-renowned music program. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music, Voice Primary, Piano Secondary. I also have obtained my Masters in Music Education from Boston University. I have extensively studied vocal technique, music theory, and music teaching, and have been trained in Classical, Musical Theater, and Popular music styles.

I was previously a member of the Westminster Symphonic Choir (2008-2010). I have sung in many professional venues in New York including Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. In Philadelphia I have sung at the Kimmel Center. In California I have sung at Copley Symphony Hall.

I am a member of the San Diego Master Chorale, which
performs frequently with the San Diego Symphony Orchestra. I also cantor at St. Therese of Carmel Catholic church and perform weekly with the choir.

I teach students not only how to sing, but also how to perform. This will benefit all students who are looking to audition for a musical, or are interested in performing in front of an audience.

I also teach students how to read music and understand basic music theory. This will benefit students who want to further their musical knowledge.

I believe that it is important for music students to learn how to be true musicians. For this reason I have created a student centered curriculum that includes a variety of learning objectives including: vocal and breathing technique, improvisation, listening and interpreting, student song selection, performance, music theory, and community musical involvement.

*** Lesson Details ***
All students who work with me have their own personalized lesson plans. Together we work towards achieving the student's individual goals. I teach my students the skills to become successful musicians. Students then use these skills in practice at home.

I believe that healthy singing is the most important thing for students to learn. I teach students proper breathing techniques along with healthy vocal practices. Each lesson will start with a warm up. These warm ups will help strengthen the voice so it does not become injured or strained.

I also believe that it is important for singers to know how to read sheet music and to know a bit about musical theory. For students who do not know how to read music, part of the lesson will be devoted to learning musical theory. This is important for home practice, and for furthering musical knowledge.

Kristen is SO helpful. I've only taken a few classes so far and my vocal abilities and confidence behind a microphone have improved drastically. I started singing late -- at age 27 -- and without much instruction so it has been a difficult process on a steep learning curve so far (the past two years). Kristen punts me farther up that curve every time we meet :).

She is structured but not rigid, super knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommend her!

I am an outgoing, positive teacher who has a passion for music and for sharing this passion with students in a fun and relatable way. I don't approach every student the same way - as unique individuals, I learn about the student's goals and personality, and will create customized lessons based on the information and relationship we form. Knowledge of the instrument, music theory, and basic fundamentals are building blocks of any lesson, but the sky is the limit!!

About Regina
I was inspired to play the violin after seeing the local middle school orchestra perform when I was 8 years old. Since beginning group violin lessons the following school year, I have been consistently involved in developing my passion for and involvement in music in versatile ways -participating in many classical orchestras and ensembles, interning at 91X radio station during college,
and performing as a session musician and live string performer in the San Diego music scene.

In 2010, I graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Music and a minor in Pre-Therapeutic Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University. In addition to teaching lessons, I play for weddings, parties, and other events, and can be found rocking out on stage in acoustic world punk band QUEL BORDEL!

I teach from more traditional methods and use my personal history to p
rovide a well-rounded learning experience. I enjoy sharing the beauty and creativity of classical music, Irish/world music, hymns/religious pieces, as well as contemporary songs.

My approach to teaching is very holistic, helping to create for each of student a solid foundation of music theory, history, note-reading, and technique while also exposing them to a variety of pieces and genres so they can be better prepared to explore what most interests them.

As a theorist, piano came natural from a guitar playing background after taking the interval structure of a common chord and incorporating both the left and right hand to explore the same techniques. I do best with requests and start from whatever level my student is coming from. I do everything from Beginning songs to Classical, Rock and modern Pop or Country.

About Jason
TakeLessons.com Instructor since 2005, Jason M. is now available for online lessons worldwide featuring multiple-camera angles and a share screen experience leaving no stone un-turned!

Jason has been playing guitar for over 15 years and teaching music since 1996. Although trained in standard teaching methods, he has developed his own method of teaching to positively enhance the student€™s strength, dexterity, ear-training, memorization and techniques. His goal as a teacher is specifically designed to help you achieve your goals as an artist and a musician.

This year Jason was also the Music Director at the National Guitar Workshop Day Jams Rock Music Day Camp where students ages 7-15 came out to form bands, record original material and master their craft. He also taught beginning to advanced guitar/ vocals/ performance and songwri
ting as hosted a recording clinic at the end of each day.

Jason has host student showcases/charity benefits where his students were able to get on stage and show off their new talent and perform with other musicians. It wasn't mandatory though, if you were just looking to come out and support there was no pressure other than to come out and have fun.

Jason has been transcribing for guitar and bass since the age of 18 and since then has become a master of the craft including both 5 line staff and tablature, hand-crafted exercises and deconstructions to better enhance the students learning. Artists and genres that Jason has experience with range from Classic Rock, Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, Guns N' Roses, Santana, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, Robert Johnson, Pierce the Veil, Paramore, All Time Low, Demi Lava to, Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Pantera, Avenged Sevenfold, The White Stripes, Green Day, Old Crow Medicine Show, Taylor Swift, Mumford and Sons, Bruno Mars, Rob Zombie, John 5, Audioslave, Rage Against the Machine, Van Morrison, the Beatles, AC/DC, ZZ-Top, Bullet For My Valentine, All That Remains, Ozzy, Black Label Society, Sublime, Aerosmith, At the Drive In, Type O Negative, the Black Keys, the Pixies, the Toadies, Black Sabbath, Jason Mraz, Lady GaGa, John Mayer and Journey.

Jason attended the University of Alaska, Anchorage where his degree is in Music and Business. He is constantly continuing his education with music theory courses as well as private guitar instruction. He attends guitar workshops and seminars by artists such as John5 and Kerry King who are known as some of the worlds finest guitar players. He reviews every day from a wide range of over 1000 sources working to become a better musician and instructor.

Another nice feature that you might enjoy from one on one sessions with Jason is learning the ability to craft and record your own songs using state of the art technology that caters to your own unique personality. There are no limits!

Jason teaches all experience levels from beginner to intermediate and advanced as well as artists that are signed to labels.

Local news outlet Fox 5 did a segment with one of his students who overcame issues with ADD and depression as a result of taking guitar lessons.

His students advance quickly, some have released albums, been in Guitar World Magazine as well as its online companion and won awards for their music websites.

*** Lesson Details ***
Lessons are scheduled to best fit to the student'€™s schedule when possible.
Students receive complimentary audio lessons and transcriptions of songs upon their first or second session. Jason is a very patient instructor and understands that students learn at a different pace, after all everyone is an individual.

Jason is a remarkable teacher! He truly has been able to break through a mental block I've always had regarding thinking in chords rather than just reading notes. His desire to help the student reach a personal goal is so evident. Jason remained so confident that a 'light bulb' would come on that I started to believe it myself. He has put me on a good path now and did it with his confidence in me and by providing the right tools. Thank you for your patience, confidence in me, and your calm, pleasant way of teaching, Jason.

Carolyn is an experienced and very dedicated teacher. She is kind and patient and definitely has a gift for teaching, my 12 year old daughter has learned so much in so little time. We definitely plan to continue with Carolyn, our goal was to have my daughter read music by the end of the summer and she was already playing after the first session. Carolyn is also easy to work with, very accommodating and responsive. We are very grateful we found her.

I teach beginner to intermediate piano. Theory, sight reading, rhythm counting, solo pieces, chord accompaniment, scales, harmonization, transposition, etc.

About Erin
My name is Erin. I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music, with a concentration in Violin. I began studying violin at the age of six. I have performed with small chamber ensembles, orchestras, quartets, and trios. I enjoy playing for churches and weddings, and love teaching.

I began teaching beginner to advanced Violin and Viola in April of 2001 in NC. I moved to California in the fall of 2008. Since moving to California I have extended my teaching to beginner Piano and Cello also. I have taught students ages 3 to 87 how to play and enjoy music on a personal level. My experience includes leading sectionals for middle school orchestra, organizing and instructing small ensembles, and organizing student recitals. Student recitals I arranged once or twice a year to showcase the
students' growth and abilities, and to provide an opportunity to give back to family and friends whose sacrifices and support enable the students to succeed.

I teach because I love music and I believe God has given me a gift. Playing and teaching help me to use my talent for His glory. I love working with people and I love how music enables people of all ages to open up and express themselves in a positive way, no matter what life throws their way. I believe music teaches discipline, builds self esteem; helps set and achieve goals; and positively affects and enhances other curricular endeavors.

My teaching philosophy is to always have fun while learning, to set attainable goals for the student, to learn through encouragement and discipline, and to help students come to love music on a personal level. I focus on the character of each student and their goals and desires to see that the student and/or parents are satisfied. Teaching is a privilege for me that I do not take for granted.

*** Lesson Details ***
I offer half hour, forty-five minute, sixty minute lessons, or longer on a weekly basis, but I do Not offer bi-weekly lessons. My lessons begin with the fundamentals of music. I believe a firm foundation in rhythm and reading is important because a student may switch musical instruments one day and the basics are universal and necessary. I have a deep love and appreciation for music which I hope to instill in my students as well. I am strict in the sense that I like students to polish their pieces before moving on. I like to keep them focused on playing well, not just playing.

A typical lesson will begin with scales to warm up, a review of the previous week's material, and a new assignment. Students will memorize pieces, be proficient in scales and rhythms, and all the while laughing and having a great time. I am known with my students for my creative analogies and flexibility to try new things in order to adapt to the students strengths and weaknesses. My students look forward to coming to their lesson, and that is very rewarding as a teacher.

I primarily use the Suzuki method for Violin and Viola, because it offers progressive steps to mastering technique, style, and musicality. My curriculum includes the use of Winning Rhythms, Wohlfahrt studies, All for Strings Theory, Essentials for Strings, and many more beginner and advanced studies; including shifting and double stops.

I love music and I love working with people; teaching is just icing on the cake. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and discover your talents and I hope we can learn together. I look forward to meeting you!

*** Studio Equipment ***
Music Stand and Keyboard

*** Travel Equipment ***
I expect the student to have their instrument, and necessary accessories ie: rosin, shoulder rest, strings, books, and music stand.

*** Specialties ***
I teach Music on Violin, Viola, and Piano, as well as beginner cello. I am very creative in my teaching methods, though I use the Suzuki Method primarily for string instruments. I believe learning should be fun. I teach all the fundamentals of music from the beginning: counting rhythm, scales, reading music, theory.

My number one goal is to keep students interested in piano, and I have an enormous repertory of music for them to choose from which helps succeed in that goal. I would prefer they all at least begin playing classically, but it just sometimes doesn't turn out that way. If they start lessons very young I use the Bastien Books but almost immediately I am supplementing their repertory with auxiliary pieces. No matter what age, I start them in an appropriate method book (love Bastien) but pull from a large surplus of auxiliary books and sheet music to supplement the method book. I play songs at their level and let them choose which ones they like best as we go along. I NEVER force a student to play a certain piece. NEVER. They can build a rock solid music foundation choosing pieces they love. Ideally they are playing some classical standards accompanied by some popular pieces. I incorporate theory, from a key based perspective. Songs, scales, primary chords, ear training all in the same ...

About Corby
I grew up in Southern CA and played piano all my life beginning with classical studies at age 6. I moved to the east coast and obtained my music degree from NYU in 1995 and began teaching in Greenwich Village NYC in 1999. All the while I taught I continued to take lessons from some of the world's greatest musicians living in NYC.

I was classically trained, but ventured into jazz and pop studies after college. I played many jazz solo gigs in New York City as well as accompanied singers, performed and sang my own material at songwriter venues, accompanied rock bands on keyboards and performed classical music in the recital galas I hosted for my students.

I've played and taught all styles and have a passion for teaching and learning! I encourage students to play what they love, whether that be Boogie, Classical, Jazz, their own compo
sition, or the latest Adele song.

I returned to Southern California at the end of 2011 and am currently building my student clientele in San Diego.

To get an idea of what I do please click on the VIDEO tab above to see my students and me performing in NYC!

I HAVE 2 PRIMARY GOALS FOR BEGINNER LESSONS:
#1. Provide a strong musical foundation
#2. Keep students interested in playing

I use specific techniques to achieve these goals. I structure a plan that outlines the fundamentals of music theory while teaching pieces that the student loves. I have an ENORMOUS supply of music books (which cost a fortune to ship to San Diego!) and let the student choose from a wide variety of music pieces to supplement their method book studies (I use Bastien.)
For children, parents are encouraged to stay for lessons, but if they can't I write down the "practice prescription" for the week so both student and parent know what should be worked on!

FOR INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED PLAYERS:
There are SO MANY THINGS you might be interested in working on such as ….

1. Learning pieces as quickly/efficiently as possible
2. Creating proper practice habits so you’re not spending wasteful time at the piano.
3. Learning effective techniques for memorization.
4. Improving your “Feel”
5. Improving your technique so you can play effortlessly fast!!
6. Interpretation of pieces from the different classical periods
7. Improving understanding of Music Theory
8. Song writing!! Yes, you can do it yourself!!
9. Performance (Yes, this is a skill, separate from learning the song is learning to perform it!)

I’ve got specific techniques for all of the above, and more. I don’t say “Just do it this way.” I have bona fide tried and true techniques you can use. They even have names such as “Pulse Play,” “Shadow Play” “Visualization” “Mental Play” “Spot Work” “Wrist Rotate” etc.

I shouldn’t give away all my goodies here! Come take a lesson to see what I’m talking about!

And as much as I know, I am very easy to get along with and have a great sense of humor. I will keep you on your toes, inspire you, and probably make you laugh while I’m at it

*** Studio Equipment ***
The studio lessons are taught in my living room with a 5' Yamaha grand piano. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable and professional, and I have no pets. Parents are encouraged to stay for lessons!

On a day to day basis, piano is the instrument Francesca finds herself playing piano the most often. With an original approach to learning to play piano, she will have you playing your favorite songs day one.

About Francesca
Alumnae of CSULAs music department with an emphasis in classical voice and guitar, Francesca's skills cover a vast ocean of information. With a background and formal education in opera and "the classics", Francesca is equally comfortable on stage at The House of Blues as she is at Disney Hall.

Francesca started teaching music at the early age of 16 with great success. She has honed her skills both in the private studio and in the classroom. Having served as musical faculty the California Music Academy, Cornelia Connelly High School, Pasadena Saturday Music Conservatory, and East Los Angeles College, having led choirs of 70+ high school girls and sung before sold out audiences of thousands of screaming fans, having toured 4 continents singing both classical repertoire and performing in commercial rock bands, having sung for president
s and princes, Francesca has high expectations and is skilled in helping her students reach their goals.

Now performing in the Donald Brinager Singers, a studio choir for-hire, Francesca can often be seen performing with orchestras throughout Southern California. While mentoring through her award-winning teaching studio, Francesca also manages to perform several showcases featuring her original music with her amazing back-up ensemble.

With a constant effort to maintain a professional studio learning environment and with a focus on reading skills and solid technique, Francesca's students enjoy lessons packed with information and light-heartedness. The one on one experience you will have the moment you walk thru the door promises to be unmatched. Francesca's students can be seen on major television networks, radio stations and performing around town in various projects. With a passion to give back, Francesca reserves a small number of spots in her schedule for the youngsters and seniors of her community. She teaches beginning through advanced guitar, piano, and voice.

A Note From Francesca:

My official bio is listed below, but perhaps more important than the things I have done are the things that I am doing. I am now approaching my 15th year of teaching. I love to teach! I carry a minimum of 30 students, but have carried more then 80 at one time, and have never once complained. My waiting list cycles based on my performance schedule and recording schedule. If you don't see a time that works for you, feel free to reach out and see if we can find something that works, as an artist, my schedule can be quite full but also quite flexible. I love my students, I get to do what I love all day and I am sure it shows. I have a blast discovering new ways to experience music with "my kids." I call all of my students kids even though most of my studio consists of young adults. I try to have a young air in my classes at all times as it just makes the process so much more fun for everyone.

I've seen it all in through years: kids, adults, beginners and advanced students. I am personally very interested in being the most versatile musician possible and I love being able to share my knowledge with my students. We can study anything and everything from Classical Guitar to Electric Guitar Shredding; from Opera to Kelly Clarkson; from Tchaikovsky to Little Richard! I love getting students to dabble in little bits of all genres, often getting even the most skeptical student singing and playing comfortably in a matter of just a few weeks. My students will be able to read music for their favorite tunes and understand how to improvise from the start. Once you come in, you'll be hooked. You will have fun because I am having fun!

I encourage all of my students to share their favorite music with me. It affords me the opportunity to learn more about what they desire to learn and what types of music they enjoy. We will learn with your music often. After all, isn't that why you are coming to see me? I will introduce you to new sounds and styles, but will foster your love for music, and do my best to never force my music on students. I feel I learn as much from my students when I truly listen to them and their music as they do from me.

On site lessons are available for artists recording demos, rehearsing bands and setting up their own studios.

On a side note, I love seeing students at my shows! I am a full time musician and can be seen playing with my band, in my own solo project and in various choral settings. Check out my website and see what I do outside of the classroom. My students get a kick out of the idea that they can buy a CD with their teachers face on it, and to be honest, so do I. Many of my students have their own music out on iTunes and YouTube. Many more can be seen performing around town in solo projects and professional ensembles.

Francesca on Artist Development:

I feel obligated to share my joys and experiences-

Not many people have been blessed to sing alongside as many renowned musicians as I have - I've been lucky to be welcomed in both the commercial and classical worlds and they have both afforded me venues to use my voice and express the most vital corners of my soul. To find your purpose through art is one of the greatest gifts you can receive. And to be able to do that in front of thousands of music lovers live or over the airwaves is a surreal experience.

It'€™s funny, my classical cronies are impressed to hear my stories of packed rock gigs at the House Blues and national touring festivals like Warped Tour and my rock buddies ask to hear my stories of Disney Hall performances with the LA Phil. To be honest, Iâ'm impressed to be there too. Sometimes, I look around and think, how did I get here? How did I get lucky enough to live the dream, to find a home in music?

I've been luckier than most. I've had GREAT mentors who have always pushed me forward and shared their wisdom freely with me. Part of the classical musician's central goal is to educate. That'€™s a value I carry into my rock projects and production studio. Work smarter, not harder. Take the needed skills, create art, teach others how to do the same thing, move forward together to live happier, more productive lives filled with purpose.

I have come to be known as one of the top Musical Mentors & Artist Development Experts on the west coast. A behind the scenes- diva of dream building with the skills to push artists to the next level- the ace up the sleeve of many of today working talents. In my award winning studio, I spend time coaching the young voices and faces of today hottest TV shows seen on ABC, Nickelodeon, and the Disney Channel, but I still have a soft spot for up and comers in the indie music world. Having written and performed my own music for decades, I not only lived the collegiate experience of the elite classical performer singing for presidents and world leaders, but also the dingy road of the rock musician who'€™s showed one night to a packed stadium full of fans and showed up another, thousands of miles from home to play to a coffee shop of 5 people. Music has brought me to nearly every continent and introduced me to some of the most talented and diverse people you can imagine. I feel compelled to share these experiences with those around me so that they my develop the vision, the salt and the skills to persevere.

I am, above all, an artist & creator- living the dream, helping people- like you find their voice and write their songs. Turning raw emotion into art.

Each one of us has a story, our truth. Being an artist is about finding ourselves, our song and expressing it publicly so that we may heal, so that we may grow.

It doesn't take a ton of experience to write a hit song. It doesn't take a fancy education or a family line of talent (though it can help). We can all find our voice, our place in the spotlight, what it takes is the courage to take the next step forward.

You've already had the genius to be in the right place at the right time. Here. If you've made it this far, chances are you are smart enough, hungry enough and ready to take the plunge.

Inside my studio you will find the help you seek. I can impart you with proven techniques to strengthen your sound, develop your tone through strong technique, develop strategies to share your art and develop a plan to turn pipe dreams into reality. Some desire to sing on the worlds brightest stages, others strive to lead others through teaching themselves, and some wish for nothing more than to experience music in a confident manner among friends. All can be lead on this personal journey of the artistic soul and all can make their offering to the musical gods. There is a place at the table for anyone seeking an answer.

From the first time we talked on the phone, I knew I wanted Francesca to be my teacher. Just by a simple conversation and the way I spoke, she pointed out a few things that I definitely wanted to work on, and I was hooked! She is truly talented and passionate about what she does. I like when she gives me a focus or shows me the science so I can understand a technique better. I think the best thing about Francesca is that even when I am embarrassed by my voice and think I sound awful, she always has the most encouraging and uplifting thing to say!

I have learned so much in the first month of lessons. Francesca teaches more than basic guitar. You just have to try her out for yourself.

Our daughter had a great time with Rebecca for the 18 months she took flute lessons from her. We saw her level improve very quickly and she was able to jump ahead in her school orchestra after only 2 months with Rebecca as a new flute student. Rebecca is a professional but also a lot of fun. We highly recommend her.

My love and passion for Music flows through Piano. I do my best to instill the same of Music for all my students

About Dustin
Update: After helping teach some amazing students in Coppell, Dustin relocated to his hometown of San Diego where he is now accepting students. Thank you to all my students in Coppell who grew to love piano with my teaching. I also grew to care about them and their love of music!

Original: Dustin W. became interested in piano while growing up with music in the home. His eldest brother was an accomplished pianist from an early age so it was an easy choice for Dustin to also study music at age 10. Piano is something Dustin had always enjoyed since he had a good sense for musicality as well as technical ability. While in high school, Dustin not only played for the school choir but also played int he jazz band as well as sang bass in his school's Chamber ensemble. Dustin has experience with piano since 1997 and since 2008 with voice.

Wh
ile attending Pepperdine University in 2005 on full merit/music scholarship, Dustin began to give piano lessons to young students in the area as well as his fellow classmates who needed help on improving their performance. This allowed Dustin to hone his skills in teaching both beginner and advanced level students. Dustin has received several awards for his piano performance ability, most namely his graduation from the California Certificate of Merit at age 18 as well as several other competitive awards in the concerto, Bach, and sonata competitions. Currently Dustin continues to study piano to test out his new teaching ideas as well as reinforce the skills learned through his piano career. He mostly plays for his students as well as his young son Landon so his kids can grow up in a musical environment.

The highlight of his music career is that he has been able to take what was taught to him by his favorite and very accomplished teacher, Mr. Krystrof Brzuza, and apply that to his own students. This helped him be a teacher to many wonderful students he picked up over the years. Dustin has also taught piano in Shanghai where he built up a full studio in 5 years. The saddest part for Dustin when leaving Shanghai was leaving his piano studio. Some of Dustin's students have gone on to study various majors with musical minors due to Dustin bringing out their love of music. Some of Dustin's students had gone on to study various majors with musical minors due to Dustin bringing out their love of music. Other students were much younger and would be left with another bright teacher in Shanghai. Having wonderful students is why he began teaching, having them grow to love music and continue music throughout their life is why he continues to teach. As long as he can help his students learn to not only enjoy music but to keep it with them their entire lives, then he know that he has been successful with that student whether they are 6 years old or 56 years old.

Feel free to listen to a recording of me playing a Rachmaninoff Moment Musical during my Junior year at university.

*** Lesson Details ***
For beginners to Intermediate I use the Bastien piano books which I have found have the best balance for teaching both technical ability as well as love of music and song.

For advanced students I focus on tailor-making the repertoire to fit what kind of music my student enjoys as well as will improve them in technical/musical areas that are lacking. Generally I follow the one from each of the major periods plan for older students, e.g. 1 Baroque, 1 Classical, 1 Romantic, 1 Contemporary. This gives each student a good exposure to different types of compositions as well as experience in playing varied types of music.

*** Specialties ***
While experienced in teaching young students to love music, Dustin specializes in take intermediate students who are skilled and turning them into advanced Pianists who will both excel at piano performance as well as learn to love piano for the rest of their lives.

I am a Doctor of Music with two graduate degrees in music. I have been teaching piano, voice, and music for nearly 10 years. If you are looking for a highly educated teacher who is also understanding and fun, then look no further.

My main goal in piano lessons is to educate my students on the essential elements of piano while we search together for their passion on the instrument. Basic piano skills, geography, and music theory knowledge are all essential to aiding a growing student's musicality. I will never neglect a student's music theory and technique in lessons.

However, some students are more inclined to perform modern works. I am well versed in all piano repertoire from Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven to Ray Charles, Elton John, and Stevie Wonder. I have trained students to perform on piano and sing at the same time and I have also trained students to play complex etudes at the level of Chopin Op. 10 and higher.

Piano holds a special place in my heart. I have studied music
