Spanish with Zulma V.

Hello, there! My name is Zulma Valentin I can't wait to meet you! I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and had the opportunity to complete my grad studies in North America. I've been teaching for more than 15 years and teaching private lessons since then. I have loved helping my students read, speak, and write Spanish and English with my unique and interactive 1-on-1 teaching style. I completed my BA in psychology at the University of Puerto Rico, while I worked as a substitute teacher; which helped gain my teacher's license, at that time. Then, I earned an MS in School Psychology and now I'm a School Psychology PsyD. candidate hoping to be of great help to those who seek to learn more about the beauty of the Spanish and English language. I'm an energetic, comprehensive, and patient person that enjoys teaching with an Inquiry-based teaching style. I believe that once each student master the basic concepts of the language (either Spanish or English), and find it pertinent he/she will be successful. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
