I started and ran the Innovation Lab at a large commercial real estate financing & investment firm. We built customer apps, financial projection algorithms, automated loan processing and were the first to bring AI into the multifamily world. Through my work there and at my later company, TapCap, I've been recognized in the commercial real estate world as "The Most Innovative" person of 2018 & 2019. I started teaching originally as a favor, then a hobby and realized that it was really rewarding to watch people reach that "aha" moment and realize the joy of coding.
