Hi my name is Vicky. I have been an artist for as long as I can remember. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree and have been working as a freelance graphic designer for the past 20 years. I am experienced in Adobe Creative Suit (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) I also have done portrait, product and lifestyle photography for my clients. This past year I taught art to children grades 1-8 at a homeschool coop. With these children I have taught drawing: portraits, profiles, objects and perspectives. I have also done acrylic and watercolor painting. I have taught a Design Thinking for 3-D printing in my younger son's elementary school.

Both my boys took classes in the summer and they had a wonderful time. They learned a lot, brought home great work and had information to share with me that I didn’t know! Well worth the investment!!

My children took an art camp with Vicky and they loved it! My son LOVES art so it was perfect for him. Each day they worked on something new and exciting and he brought home beautifully creative art pieces. She was great to work with. My husband spent extra time chatting with her because she was so knowledgeable and helpful. We are excited about taking another class with Vicky, in the future

Homeschool University

I was the art teacher at a home school coop where I taught students from 1st - 8th grade in three separate classes. I wrote the lesson plans and purchased the materials and gave history and art terms. We did profile, portrait and perspective drawing, sculpture, acrylic painting, mosaic, watercolors, oil pastels, print making, 3D printing, cut paper, clay and more.

Summer Art Camps

This summer I hosted 3 Masters Art Camps for children ages Kindergarten - 8th Grade. We studied many of the master artists including: Claude Monet, Vincent Van Gogh, George Seurat, Pablo Picasso, Gustav Klimt and Henry Matisse. The students then created some art using many mediums such as: Watercolor, Oil Pastel, Acrylic Paint, Cut Paper and Markers.
