One of the biggest struggles I notice with photographers across all levels of experience, is that they are not maximizing the capabilities of their cameras in different shooting conditions.  If you don't consistently apply some of the simple rules of photography to your camera; then what your camera delivers or under delivers can be quite frustrating. Sure you can watch endless videos, read books, and ask friends for help. However, what I have learned in teaching numerous students is nothing is better than camera in hand, shooting with a coach, supporting your efforts. 

Though we travel around the world teaching photographers wildlife and nature photography, we are based out of Kennesaw, GA.  Meaning when we have down time, I can work with local students interested in learning photography in locations in which we are very familiar.  Or, we have the ability to set up one on one online courses, tailored specifically for you. We teach all levels of photography and are knowledgeable about all DSLR or mirrorless camera bodies. Hi, my name is Tom Mace.  I am a professional wildlife and nature photographer based in Kennesaw, GA.  I have over 20 years experience in shooting wildlife, and over 3 years ago, we started our business Tripod Travelers. We offer photography workshops in US National Parks, Alaska, and 2 locations in Africa. While I have down time, I love getting outdoors with photographers who want to learn more about their camera and nature.  We offer both face to face and online courses to help our clients achieve their dreams of consistently capturing the subject, sharp and composed. We cater to all beginners, novice, weekend photographers and highly technical courses for advanced shooters.
