English (ESL) with Susannah M.

I am a professional actor, director, and teaching artist. I work with students of all ages and levels, and have a particular love for working with teenagers, college students, and all manner of adults. As my particular theater training focused on Shakespeare, I developed a love of introducing and demystifying language. I grew up near Boston, Massachusetts, attended Brown University in Rhode Island. I have also studied theater in the Berkshires and New York City, both of which I call home. I have both taught and performed all over the Northeast, as well as in Dublin, Athens, and in the mountains of Northern Greece. I recently completed my MFA in Creative Writing at Goddard College, where I went to continue to hone the crafts of playwriting and poetry. I am TEFL/TESOL certified and enjoy teaching both individually and in small groups. I have a great love of languages and national cultures, and I teach with curiosity and pleasure.
