Patient, Clear, Direct and Really cares…no, I mean it..Susan really cares!

I am 8 lessons in with Susan and find her instruction clear, direct and easy to follow. She is very patient with me when I want to dig into deeper explanation or review a feature or a function for a second or third time.

Susan cares about what you are looking to achieve by taking her courses and tailors her instructions to your goals.

For many years, excel has been my nemesis and I am slowly but surely learning to appreciate it’s robust benefits and efficiency that is applicable in my weekly reporting and overall career goals. I am a little shocked and excited about how fast I have been able to learn from Susan relative to my previous excel courses.

I have been recommending Susan to all my coworkers and friends and I plan on continuing this excel journey!

I’m a middle aged, mid level Corp. manager who for the last 15 years has had an assistant take care of the mundane like excel, power point, etc. After a corp restructure, I decided to “brush up” on my excel and gave Susan a call. Brush up didn’t even begin to touch on my level of incompetence or what I had forgotten.Susan was patient and spoke in terms I could understand. Did I mention she was patient? Never thought I would make it but toward the end of the first level I was looking forward to the classes(for the most part). She was/ is flexible with scheduling and made a class that I was apprehensive about taking just slightly uncomfortable instead. If you’re like I was you need someone like Susan to help you compete in 2020

Susan is calm, thoughtful, intelligent, and very learned in the Microsoft Word program. She patiently steered me through a very productive learning session. I have another booked for this coming week and can't wait to have my brain additionally enriched! :)

I am so happy to have found Susan! I knew very little about navigating Excel, and after 4 lessons, I am getting it! She is patient and does not rush me. I am starting a new job where I will be needing to use Excel efficiently, and I really appreciate knowing she is there to guide me. Her knowledge is extensive in the Microsoft Office systems, and I will continue taking lessons with her as time goes forward. I highly recommend Susan as an on-line instructor!

She is a nice patient teacher. She explains clearly and she take personal time with every student to support them. I have been a part-time Computer Science instructor at Clackamas Community College for 18 years and had the great pleasure of working alongside Susan Edwards when she was teaching there.

I have performed peer reviews of her classes and have watched her guide students with wide experience differences deftly. She is engaging and her lessons are always content-rich. She teaches from a very practical perspective and shares important insights and time-saving techniques on Office products, or any app she teaches, to ensure utmost skill and productivity .

I have also taught from her teaching materials and always found them to be clear, concise and containing lesson plans that engage students in real-life situations which makes the learning relevant to future needs.

Susan is a team-player and a great communicator as well. She has a wonderful sense of humor and a kind, patient style and demeanor.

I took a Computer Basics class with Susan at Clackamas Community College several years ago. I knew very little about computers, and was a little intimated at the time. I was in my early 70's. There were about 20 students, young and older, male and female, and some had serious handicaps while others had previous computer experience. Susan has a way of welcoming her students as they arrive in the class each morning. After a few sessions she seemed to know what each one needed to pass the course and succeeded in making sure that happened.

Susan is an excellent instructor! She knows her curriculum like the back of her hand. I learned more then what was expected to. Susan gives great feed back and emails back very quickly. If you are looking for an instructor that wants you to succeed and learn, Susan Edward's is the teacher you want!

I have taken classes from Susan Edwards since 2014 till March of 2019. Her teaching is great and she is very patient with the student or students. I will be taking a class at Clackamas Community College this coming fall term. I am going to have Susan work with me over the summer on reviewing Access the Microsoft program so I will have a better understanding of the program. I have taken computer basics to some advanced computer class. I have taken Microsoft word, excel, and power point from Susan as well.

To start, she is ALWAYS smiling! Even if you can't see her, you can feel the smile.

I have used excel for quite some time. I understood the basics needed to make a VERY basic spreadsheet. After taking Susan's class, I ended up learning WAY more than I have ever been shown or taught.

Her amazing teaching style allows her to work with virtually any level of knowledge. She is caring, and always takes the time to ensure your questions are answered.

I am able to manage more expenses as well as other information using just excel as well as give amazing PowerPoint presentations that are more than an ugly background and horrible looking text!
