I am a project manager. Planning is in my DNA. My role is to help teams be successful in planning and completing project work. I have been planning for over 2 decades as a project / program manager. I can coach you in the processes for initiation, planning, and completing projects. I use the methods that work best for you, your team, culture, and experience. I have worked in several industries including state government, healthcare, transportation, aerospace, and military.
I am currently teaching MS Project at SPSCC, helping teams complete projects with my consulting company "Veteran Project Management" and SCUBA diving.
