English (ESL) with Rosemarie B.

I am an Adult English instructor and professor with eight years of teaching experience and B.S. Cross-Cultural Studies and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). I am certified in in the Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment System (CASAS) in the state of Kentucky. My students' ages span from 3 - 65 years old. I am trained in teaching English to students of every proficiency level -- from absolute beginner through extremely advanced. A unique aspect of my teaching is my care in educating students cultural norms, American English idioms, and social ESL manners. Language shapes culture, right? I have taught adult students from Brazil, Burma, Cambodia, China, Congo, Indonesia, Iraq, Korea, Kurdistan, Mexico, Mongolia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Vietnam. I am passionate about empowering students with the tool of the English language so that they can excel in every aspect of life and connect deeply with the world around them.
