Kathryn V was simply outstanding. She listened well, gave calm, clear precise answers. She understood when I needed time to process what she told me and she was very patient when I abruptly stopped her, repeated the same question (again and again!) until I finally got it.
I am typing this the following morning as I went back to do it again to see how much I retained, and I am completely blown away by how much I remember and am able to do again!!!! Kathryn is outstanding in her knowledge of Excel and how to apply that to what I wanted to do. She did not confuse or flood me with her (vast) knowledge of Excel. This is a VERY RARE SKILL!!! "I highly recommend her" can be commonplace words but I don't think they completely cover how good I think she is.
