French with Jodie M.

My name is Jodie. I have been teaching since 1999 and my experience includes school classrooms, university, and private lessons. I have been teaching private lessons since 2003 and am currently available to teach lessons in person and online. I teach French and ESL. I am also qualified to teach English, writing, and comprehension as well as a few crafts. One of my current students was failing his French I class at high school three months ago when his mom contacted me, but he has now raised that grade to a B. I received my training at the University of Northern Iowa in1998 where I received a BA and an MA in French. I later studied at the University of Angers, France, where I earned an MA in Teaching French as a Foreign Language. I lived in France for six years. I also taught English to French students. As an expert in my field, I look forward to helping new students achieve their goals. I personalize lessons and courses to meet the individual student's needs.
